We grow our 600 cultivar lavagnina, frantoio and pendolino trees with natural methods.
We harvest our olives by hand and take them to the Isola di Borgonovo oil mill (Mezzanego) within 48 hours of harvesting.
Our oil has a green/yellow color, is very low in acidity and has fruity and sweet scents.
